Quality clarifying agent for all wines.
Add 5g (1 tsp.) Sparkolloid to 177ml (3/4 cup) water for every 4.5L of wine to be cleared.
Simmer & stir for 20-30 minutes on stove until smooth and creamy.
Add hot solution to wine, stir & allow to settle for 2 weeks. Rack wine off sediment.
